1. Right to exchange or return free of charge

You have the right to return all goods bought at TookYangThai.com free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to send a return notification within the 14-day period by eMail or post to:

If you return goods bought online, the contract is cancelled and your credit- or debit card will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned.
Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to claim for compensation.

You will find all the documents necessary for returning goods together with the delivery note in the parcel.

2. Delivery proviso

Deliveries can be made whilst stocks last. We deliver anywhere in the world, however please be aware of your own countries customs restrictions. We cannot be held responsible if your countries customs officials open or withold items you have ordered from us.

3. Delivery costs

At Tookyangthai.com packaging & registered postage is generally included in the price, unless stated otherwise, regardless of the value of the order. In exceptional cases, we have to charge a higher flat rate. This will be specified accordingly.

4. Reservation of ownership

Goods remain the property of Took Yang Thai until payment has been received in full.

5. Payment, due date, failure to pay

Payment for goods is to be made by credit or debit card through Paypal.
For convenience we have based all our prices on the U.S. Dollar.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment sent in the form of cash or cheques. We accept no responsibility for loss.

In the case of possible returns, the amount paid will be refunded.

Should your credit or debit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.
